How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow up to 7 to 14 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans working with human hands and brains. We aren't perfect, but we sure do try!

We ship to Canada and the USA using Expedited Shipping with Canada Post. Shipping times depend on your location.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 141051 15 Sideroad, East Garafraxa, ON, L9W 7K5, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping costs will be determined when you are invoiced. We use Canada Post Expedited Shipping for all our orders.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our minimum order is $500 before tax.
How to Order: If you have registered or received your invite, you can order right online. An invoice will be sent after your order is validated and confirmed. Once your invoice is paid, your order will be sent out (unless other payment arrangements have been made)
Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately. We accept e-transfers, cheques and credit card payments.

Hereward Farms will strive to deliver products within the agreed-upon timeframe. Delays, while rare, may occur and do not constitute a breach of contract.

6. Returns and Refunds

Any issues with the order must be reported within a specified period after receipt. Eligibility for returns, refunds, or exchanges will be determined in accordance with our return policy.
